A77 tethering

Hi,

I was comtemplating changing my A700 to A77 but I understand (or rather do not understand) that tethering is not possible on the A77? I just want preview and triggering the shutter from mac osx. Nothing more.

As I can't belive this would not be possible, could somebody with an A77 could confirm if this is really not possible?

As I have some rather expensive sony lenses, any other alternatives without losing my money on the lenses? Or just get rid of them?

Hoi,

Volgens wat ik gehoord heb zou het met de huidige firmware niet mogelijk zijn.

Het enige dat we kunnen doen is blijven zagen bij sony tot er genoeg volk klaagt en dit op de firmware ontwikkelaars hun todo lijst geplaatst wordt.

In tussen tijd mogen we genieten van onze fantastische A77 en veel leuke fotos nemen.

En ja ik wil ook deftige tethering!
