Hi,

since a few days my camera only shows error message when switching on. Directly after switching on the display shows "accessing" and the objective is moving out and in a few times.

Finally the objective moves out completely and the display shows "switch off and on again" only.

I cannot use the camery anymore.

Anybody any ideas how to solve this issue?

What happend with ur camery .. that U saiid .. ??

My photo digital is DSC-W35

and when I turn On it says TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN ..

WHAT CAN I DO WITH THAT ?

The same thing happened to my DSC-W380... And a friend said the same happened to her SONY as well.

To bad it happened on my birthday exactly one year after it was bought, so we couldn´t make it in time to use the warranty.
