      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This means that your player doesn't have codecs. Try updating it and hope it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You also have an option do use VLC instead.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi tickerwilli, welcome to the Sony Forums &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you mean &lt;EM&gt;Premiere&lt;/EM&gt; Elements 9? Photoshop is for still images, which might explain the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have problems, import from your camera using Windows Movie Maker (or similar) and see if you can get that to open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
