Unable to Contact Support (Website doesn't work) - any contact details?

Hi, are there any contact details for Sony Support? I'm trying to contact them about the fact various pages on their website that I need to access (including activating extended warranty) aren't working. But when I click on 'Contact Support, that page doesn't load either (The XML error page is shown below - I have tried multiple browsers and get the same).

Any assistance appreciated, thanks.

hi stephen hope this is of some help if you are using windows 7 you not be able to register your sony product i went back to the dealer who registered the items for me good luck i think sony are not using windows 7 any more madge 115
