Alpha 6000-menu problem

Hello,

I really hope to find someone who could help. We‘ve had the Alpha 6000 for about 2 years and have been very happy with it.

But today a problem with the menu occured. If I press the menu-button the camera constantly scrolls through the menu very quickly without me pressing any button and I can‘t stop it. I have already tried taking the battery out, nothing changed.

Anyone here who knows this problem and knows how to fix it? Please help!
