Als ik de app wil installeren krijg ik de melding dat dit item niet bestaat (android). Weet iemand hoe ik dit kan oplossen.

Hi Mylan, welkom in de Sony Community. Sony's technische team is hiervan op de hoogte. De app zal zo snel mogelijk weer beschikbaar zal zijn.

Hello everyone,

You might have noticed that the Headphones Connect App is currently not available in PlayStore and Apple Store.

Reason is that version 7.0 should have been released yesterday but unfortunately some last minute changes had to be applied to the app. We hope that the app will be back in Stores shortly.

Je hebt geen app nodig. Zet gewoon je Sony bluetooth headset aan en bluetooth op je Android telefoon/tablet. Koppel vervolgens uw Sony bluetooth headset op naam (bijvoorbeeld WF-1000MX3).
