Hello.

I have my HT-MT500 stuck with the message WAIT on the front screen. Does anyone know how can I solve this issue because the Sony staff from chat can’t help in any way. They advise me to take it in service. Thank you

the only reset that I could do is the one with power button and volume down (-)

menu refuses to do anything as well the input

If it's refusing to do the reset and stuck on the wait, then I'm afraid the unit needs to be repaired right now.

Just make sure to choose the correct filters.
