topic Media Go bafflement in Portable Audio

I downloaded this when I bought my Walkman NXZ-A15 recently, but the links from software to Help page do not work, they either show a blank page or my server cannot find anything. So I have no instructions for the software.

When I first started Media Go, the Walkman was plugged in and was recognized, but now the screen has changed and I cannot find how to transfer music. I put a CD in, and converted it to FLAC on my portable drive, but how do I now move it to my Walkman? Unless I use Windows Explorer of course, but I assume Media Go has a smoother way of doing it?
