The files transfer fine and from my PC I can play the songs that are stored on the A806. The menory size on the A806 reduces as I transfer more songs. However the A806 itself will not create a library of songs and consequently "no songs are available for playback" message appears. I have downloaded 1.03 firmware (again), formated the memory, presssed the reset button and reset all options but still have the problem.
