The srs-xb30 doesn't show up when i try to register the bluetooth speaker.

There is currently an issue with registering products on the Sony website, and the Sony team are investigating.

Apparently, there’s an issue with the site and Sony are fixing it. . . . . This was in 2018. . . . . . It’s now 2023!! *****!!!

What happens with you exactly when you try to register the product on MySony?

And how do you enter the model exactly?
