Sony MX1000 xm3 Ear Buds

Hello,

I have had my ear buds for a few years, never a problem.

I went to charge them today and left them, plugged in to a plug as instrucred using a USB C cable.

I left them and cam back to them smoking and melted at the base, I burnt my finger picking it up and removing the charging cable.

Really disappointed, not only has the charger gone but I could also have had to deal with a house fire, anyone else had this issue?

Really sorry to hear about that.

You need to contact Sony right away, so they can help you with this

And try not to touch it or connect it to any power source.
