Does anyone know how to ensure that when connecting to a HRA player (either A&K Junior or A&K Kann in my case) that the volume on the earbuds is changeable using the volume control on the HRA player and is able to be adjusted to more than a whisper? It doesn't always happen but is an issue about 75% of the time.

Some bluetooth devices have a feature that syncs their volume control with the connected device. Check if yours has a setting that controls this behavior. If it's enabled, turning it off might solve the issue
