Bluetooth connection problem with WF C500

Hi everyone. I have WF-C500 for around a year and it's been working quite well. However, I encountered a connection problem recently. The device that was paired to the earbuds before can be connected well. However:

(1) when I tried to connect it to my newly setup computer today, it was not detected on Windows at all.

(2) My colleague also tried that with his phone and his phone couldn't detect the earbuds either.

(3) On Ubuntu, in a separate drive (physically separated) of the same newly setup computer, it was detected and was connected, but as an unknown device.

Has anyone encountered something similar and found a solution?

Hey @kento.kento, in my opinion, it seems to be a software glitch, you can try resetting & initializing the product and test the connectivity again.
