my problem is.. i have the adaptive volume control turned on but it does not work. does not fluctuate in any environment, is stable.

Hey,

Can you try to uninstall the app and reinstall it once more?
Also, you can reset and initialize the earphone, then test it once more: https://bit.ly/3y32Ony & https://bit.ly/3y4fWJg.

thanks for the help..but the problem is not solved. I have tried both but no luck and tried the same result on another phone.
