Reading data from old Sony rewritable optical disks

Hi,

a long shot - but does anyone have experience of old 12 inch optical data disks? We have a requirement to recover some scientific data from old disks: WDM-3DLO CLV.

Does anyone have access to a drive that can do this or know anyone who does? Preferably UK based.
