      <title>No service , Emergency Calls only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Z1, it was working ok and suddenly i lost the network signal and no mobile data and showing Emergency call only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i thought that the problem in the SIM card, i used different one but same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i put the two SIM in another phone, they are working ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to repair with&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;PC Comoanion, no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i downgraded to 4.4.4, same problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;upgraded again to 5.1.1, no change&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the strange when i try to search for a mobile network i get a result with the available networks but when i press to regester it says "unable to regester please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;below some information about my phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Xperia Z1 (C6902)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 5.1.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Build number 14.6.A.1.236&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help to solve thet problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/images/smilies/056.png" alt="Crying_Face" title="Crying_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/29126iEFF4BFE3D61BB6E2/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screenshot_2016-02-28-19-55-39.png" title="Screenshot_2016-02-28-19-55-39.png" width="290" height="498" /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/29127i4A8B2D1BA5729778/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screenshot_2016-02-28-19-55-39.png" title="Screenshot_2016-02-28-19-55-39.png" width="287" height="494" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Does it make a difference if you use a different networks SIM? Or is this something you have already tried?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, have you unlocked the bootloader/rooted the phone? I'm not sure how you would have downgraded the software otherwise. Please be aware that if you do have modified software the authorised repair centre may not be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello Cameron T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i already tried a different SIM cards from different networks but the result is the same, the phone did not read any of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my phone is unlocked but i rooted it and used flashtool to downgrade and upgrade the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i rooted it one year ago and it was working good without any problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will&amp;nbsp;cry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone back to life againe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i told you i will go to maintainance but after i go back&amp;nbsp;to my country because i am in Colombia now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And i am still in Colombia. I used another phone with the SIM card i have, I received a SMS asking me to register my phone in the network otherwise it will be blocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to the carrer company,&amp;nbsp;showed them the SMS and told them about the problem i have in my SONY phone may be there is a relation or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me that they blocked the Phone from accessing any network in colombia&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/images/smilies/048.png" alt="Anguished_Face" title="Anguished_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then they got the serial number and un blocked the phone &amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks alot guys for your help and support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I tried same as you and same problem..now after searching in GOOGLE I think i found the problem its the FREQUENCIES that the PHONE supports! the sim physically fits but the network providers' frequencies are NOT completely supported, maybe it works for a moment because of frequency OVERLAP but not the right continuous frequencies from the provider! I cant seem to find (I threw away my box!) what frequencies the Z1 supports then try and match to a provider that I am sure will fix the problem !!!!</description>
