Getting "Unfortunately, Wireless Emergency Alerts has stopped." message after restart

Hi,

Wireless Emergency Alerts seems to have stopped working on my phone.

Some time after restart and every time I run the Wireless Emergency Alerts I get a the message "Unfortunately, Wireless Emergency Alerts has stopped.". It used to work before and then it started happening after an OS upgrade (I think)...

Any idea what happened?

Try clearing data for the app under Settings > Apps and see it it helps.

exactly what apps data do I need to clear to solve this problem? I use to get "Unfortunately, Emergency Alerts has stopped"
Is this related with the fact I can't make or receive any call? My mobile provider doesn't appear in the alerts
