cannot change ringtones

When selecting 'Telephone Ringtone' I get 'OfficeSuite' selction of 'Documents', ' Internal storage' and ' SD_card' instead of the selection options?

Can it be related to the service provider which I changed recently? (expect that can't be the cause).

Have you select an option as always? If yes,go to settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences.

Hi everyone!

I´ve got the same problem as above. With my xperia Z2 i´ve got the problem, that i cant change the ringtone to a mp3 or mp4 file, i can only change between the standard ringtonee files by sony. After having chosen one of my soundfiles, system shows me, that the ringtone was changed to an unknown file. But the ringtone being played is still the default one. I deleted also apps setup, but that didnt cahnge anything.

Anyone an idea how i can change this? Btw, playing the audio files in the walkman player is no problem.

Same problem. I can't see downloaded music. Tried everything, not internal memory, not SD card, not playable even after downloading. Had to download to computer, copy file into download folder.
Now as above, can't choose song as ringtone. Nokia 3210 cld do this in 5 seconds. Have reset defaults, cleared cache, rebooted, tried safe mode (as per suggestions). It says "unknown ringtone" and goes back to default.
Sony's best phone?

I got that problem with Z1, 4.4.4 kitkat and try many ways to set ringtone with mp3 file.

And I can set by move mp3 file to Internal Storage

>Setting > Sound > Phone Ringtone > File Commander > Internal Storage > Select File

I can press ''add ringtone'' and I get to the place where all my sound files are, but when I pick one it's not added. I only see my standard Xperia ringtones available for to be selected.

Any help?
