All incoming and outgoing calls go on loudspeaker automatically

When I make a call or answer a call, the phone goes on loud speaker automatically. It is maddening and it just started a few days ago. I have tried everything to make the loud speaker mode optional but it does not seem to work.

When I am in the car, it connects to the car's bluetooth and I am able to dial out or answer the phone but when a call connects, it does not go the bluetooth speaker and instead it switches automatically to the phone's internal speakers. Again, I have tried everthing to resolve this issue but can't seem to find any solution and why the phone has started doing this suddenly together with going on loudspeaker when I am using it normally ( out of the car).
