Headset socket/jack is not working..headset cannot detected

It started when im gonna use my radio,when i inserted the headset its not working.i jave tried my music list the sound came out from the cellphone speaker not with the headset. I checked the sony services forum,i tried all their suggestions but still not working. I cannot use my headset evem other headset brand.

Welcome to the community

Sorry to hear about that you said you have tried everything, what have you tried? Have you cleaned out the headphone jack with a q-tip incase there is something affecting the connection and tested the phone in safe mode.
