    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mobile data traffic button does not turn on or off. First it would not turn on, when I reset my network settings it turned on and now won't turn off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything including downloading Internet settings as your team advised someone else. Nothing works. I have the required data available on my plan and reset the APN settings within provider. Super frustrated. &amp;nbsp;Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you download new&amp;nbsp;Internet settings does it say that the&amp;nbsp;Internet settings have been installed correctly? Also have your tried with more then one SIM-card in your device? If not I would recommend that you try a different SIM-card in your device to see if it still behaves the same way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does, I would recommend that you try to restart your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
