Camera error

Hello there,

I only noticed that in the past 3/4 days I've not been able to use the Camera on my XZ3.

Whenever I first launch the camera is opens for a few seconds then closes. When I launch it again after that it pops a message up saying unknown error and closes. Launching it after that the message then says restart the camera or restart the phone, I do both and the camera still doesn't work.

I've tried, forcing the camera to stop, disabling the camera then enabling the camera again and still doesn't work.

If I launch the camera and flip the camera to the front camera it's closes down but when i launch the camera the front camera works but as soon as you flip it back to the back camera it's stops working.

I've seen on a few Internet pages saying to download a camera app and use that but still nothing.

Can someone help me out, as I would like to have a fully functioning phone.
