    <description>&lt;P&gt;No media volume from speaker or headset from any apps. Media control slider in settings is greyed out and cannot be adjusted. All volume tests fail. Speaker and volume works for phone calls though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; All software upto date; Android 9 etc. Have already tried repairing software via Xperia Companion and full phone reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you restore all apps after reset or software repair?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is it with a clean machine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is it in safe mode?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
