I am not really sure on what you mean by a function called intelligent. Is it a function or a setting that you want to turn off? Or is it an app that is malfunctioning, and if so, do yo receive any kind of error message when it does?

In the application Phone - Adjustments - call - intelligent call management. I have this función activated.When I receive a call sometimes I am activated and others do not, with what I have to pass my finger. Thank you.

Have you tried clearing data for the phone app? This will reset all settings for the app which might do the trick. You might also need to activate the Smart call handling aftwards. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Show all XX apps > Phone > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK".
