A connection with a Mac should be very simple: After you plug it in and highlight and select File Transfer Mode or Mass Storage Mode, your phone should act like card reader and mount the card on the desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot mount the memory of the phone itself. This is the most common issue with what you are describing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got the Elm phone J10i2,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I just simply cannot connect it to my MacBook Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wih my older phone, I would just use the USB, and the Mac would immediately see it,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but no lack with the Elm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need some sort of new operating system to make the Elm compatible the Mac?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-dimi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
