    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;FIXED!!! If you have the same problem as I you need to run the computer in 'safe mode with networking'. Try pressing F8 as the computer loads up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will by pass the internet security program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I done this later in the evening as the first time I tried it failed, probably due to busy internet hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Mini failure on phase 2</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I follow the instructions however when I plug the phone back in, holding down the backup button, nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The computer tells me it notices a semc flash device, however the computer freezes and the phone itself just goes to the battery charge screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to disconnect the phone and reboot the computer. Luckily the phone still has all its information when I turn it on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HHHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPP!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
