hello there. my name is milind.i bought sony ericsson yari on 20th december 2009. within 6 months of usage, there was a problem of display in my phone. i gave it for repairing/servicing. again i noticed the same problem for like 3 times and also faced the problem of front camera and it took the service centre around a month to get it repaired/serviced. this june, i have faced the similar problem for the 5th time plus the front camera problem. i went to the sony centre after a assessing the phone hey said i would be charged around Rs1400. i gave them for servicing and they said i would be given the correct amount to be charged within two days. i got a call after two days and they said the total cost of repairing and stuff would be around Rs3500. what i think is when it was under warranty they used to repair it and now since i have to pay everytime i give my phone for repairing they are replacing it with a new thing(whatever the problem is) i am not willing to pay anything because time and again i am facing the same problem and there is no gaurantee that i woudnt be facing it again after getting the repairing done. kindly see to it and please tell me the least sony ericsson team can do for me to help me. i have always been a huge fan of sony but this kind of service is really dissappointing me.

By any chance do you have any case number for the previous repair. If you do give it to us and lets see the best we could do for you.

I checked with concerned team in your region and they could not get in touch with you when they tried but they have left you a message. So I think you'll have to take it from there.

i have got no mail/message from the concerned team Johan

any alternate way you can tell me so that i can solve my problem.. got a call from the service centre and they said that my phone ahs been repaired...been charged Rs2555, but since i am not willing to pay anything because of lack of professionalism in terms of getting my phone fixed, i told them that i will collect it after a couple of days after talking to the sony ericsson team !!

can you provide me a specific number of a person whom i can contact directly to solve my problem ??

I'm sorry but as I understand your phone is out of warranty. You'll have to raise this with responsible person in your region. I suggest that you contact your local support team and ask for the manager.

called the customer care today. they said i will get a call from the supervisor in the next 48 hours. i hope they call back.
