hi , I really thank you that you have give me a proper software for locating my all file in memory card , but still i am facing lot of prob , like battery backup is very low , i charge it for 100 % and after that I keep for 15 min extra charge so that it get fully charge as per your instruction but again i am facing same prob , that after removing from the charge , it get 1 % less that means it become 99% , after 5 min it get 98%, even though i stop all the activity which is going on . it totally waste of doing . so kindly give me some software so that i can make my battery backup long lasting , and about update of software i tried a lot in home but it not done . , i but i more concern about battery so please give some good answer or instruction ,

hi, again i thought i already mention that i stop all my application , and after charge my mobile till 100% and removing from the charger it get down immediately to 98% , and after every 5 min it get lesser , it stand only for 4 to 5 hrs and i have to charge it again , and about talking if i talk for 10 min it get down to 5 to 6% , i think it not working that instruction i already read and applied accordingly , but i didnt get any result , and even your answer doesn't satisfy my need , this battery backup is only for 4 hrs , even due to that i stop using my internet facility , now what i do , need strong answer that can be used and i make it long use ,

There are additional steps in the link which I gave you which you did not mention you have tried. I'd suggest making sure all steps in the list are attempted to see if this enhances the battery performance. If it does not, I'd suggest taking your handset to your local service location to be examined by an engineer. In order to do this, you would need to contact your local support team directly.
