Error 0x8007045D

Hi,

I am trying to upload music on to my x10 xperia mini pro but am getting the following error:

0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Has anyone else received this error message and any suggestion on how to upload music in top my phone?

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Can you please advise if you are using Media Go to achieve this task?. The message you are receiving is generally based on USB ports malfunctioning or drivers not working correctly.

At first i tried to use media go to upload files, but was unable to. I connected my phone as instructed, clicked the tunes i wanted to upload to phone, was advised by media go the files were transferring, but the completion stopped at 20%. Media go would then say device has been disconnected, even tho it was still connected to the computer.

I then tried to use file mananger to transfer the music, that is where i received the message 0x800704D.

On a couple of occasions about 3 seconds of an intro to a song managed to make it on to my phone.

Tonight i tried to bluetooth a song onto the phone, but was also unable to do this. My phone said file downloaded, but it only plays the first second of the song on repeat.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
