How do I create folders for apps?

Hi, I have a simple question. How do I create folders to keep my apps organized. I have a xperia x. I'm new to Sony as I have always used a Samsung or IPhone. Please could any body suggest how do I manage my apps properly?

On the home screen, simply drag an icon over the other to create folders. If you want to do the same in apps menu, check this:
