Z3 Do Not Disturb Problem

Hi ,,

would you please help me

I have Z3 D6633

I updated it to 6.0.1 months ago

after this update I had a serious problem with sound

when I turn off Do Not Disturb mode , it doesn't off untill I restart the phone

there is no sound even if I make prioity to allow calls

sometimes , when I plug on headphones and then plug off , the same problem

the problem continoue untill I restart the phone

I tried to Volume Up the phone and I tried airplane mode ,, nothing changed

Can you please help me

It means you should try a software repair using Xperia Companion.

@MarwaSa No, software repair will also reinstall the latest firmware correcting some issues that might come up with an update.

But nothing changed
When I turn off DND .. It still silent when I have a call

@MarwaSa Did you reinstall all of your apps after the repair? If yes, can you check how it is in safe mode?

yes I reinstall my apps

,, I run the safe mode

and tried to test it ,,

there was no problem ,,

I restart it to normal mode

it works good then the same problem happen

unfortunatley ,, it happens randomly

In this case, I think it's one or more of your apps creating this problem. You could try to keep the device in safe mode for 2-3 days, not convenient but kind of efficient.

Or you could remove some of your apps (reverse order than installing, you could use google play store for this as it allows you to easily see and remove them).

I cant use safe mode for long time ..
But
I will try to just install viber,whatsapp and facebook
Is it the same ?

I should note that this problem never happened in Kitkat

@MarwaSa Not sure if those apps created these issues, might be a different one. Kitkat didn't have DND, also in lollipop it was a bit different. You could uninstall antivirus apps, task killers etc.

If this doesn't take too much of your time, I would suggest you to repair software again and do not install anything else beside those that you really need (try to keep them to a low number and remember them somehow, perhaps make a list that you can later post here in order to get help).

I made a repair software today , and just install ( Whatsapp / Viber / Facebook / Facebbok Mesenger )

I will check it these days and hope it will be OK

Should I remove SD card ??

Last night I test DND and then ring normally .. Then I use headphones .. When I woke up today .. I find it doesnt ring when my friends call me ..
What Can I do ? It makes me crazy
I want to know if other people comolain this problem ? Or it is just me ???
