My camera doesn't seem to work when I go into app it's just a black screen even when I switch from front to back, I first noticed it using the snapchat app same problem I've ran diagnostics but all it says is test passed even tho there isn't a picture is this a bug? Or some sort of damage? Everything else still works fine, help please! Thanks

5. Clear data
6. Restart the phone

You can check if you experience the same in Safe mode

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

You could repair the phone with Sony Xperia Companion
