Satio internet issues

I have had my Satio for about 1 year 4 months, and for some reason when I try to connect to the Internet, the option does not appear to use my contract Internet.

I am on a pay monthly, with vodafone. I don't use my phone for much besides the Internet. Normally, when I go to use the Internet, I get 3 options to connect to;

Wi-Fi,

Contract WAP,

Contract Internet.

for the last day or so, the Contract Internet and WAP options don't appear.

I've looked at the Vodafone website and reconfigured my internet settings, but this has not changed anything, so I have reverted back to how it was before.

The only change I notice with the phone is that in the top left, the "H" icon keeps flashing, rather than staying constant.

Hope that there is some help out there on how to resolve this.

p.s, I have tried turning the phone off and on, and replacing battery!

You can try to reset your phone settings to the factory settings. Documents and files are not affected by this reset.

To restore factory settings

1. Select Menu > Settings > Phone > Phone management > Factory settings >Yes.

2 .Enter the lock code. The phone restarts.

If the issue is not resolved, try updating the phone. Here is the link to the Update Service for your phone:
