Now the screen blacks out, sometimes for <STRONG>several minutes</STRONG> at a time after the call number is entered and the call button is pressed. Hence if no answer, the call can not be stopped and goes to message bank. Screen remains blank even if the menu button is pressed. The phone is nowhere near the face at the time. Anyone any ideas?</P></BODY></HTML> Mon, 03 Jan 2011 10:01:52 GMT https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813858#M51056 2011-01-03T10:01:52Z https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813859#M51057 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Just curious, did this happen everytime during call or random?</P></BODY></HTML> Mon, 03 Jan 2011 10:42:13 GMT https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813859#M51057 gwhispererz 2011-01-03T10:42:13Z https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813860#M51058 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Was doing it every time...but the screen has now not come back at all since posting this query.</P></BODY></HTML> Mon, 03 Jan 2011 10:45:26 GMT https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813860#M51058 2011-01-03T10:45:26Z https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813861#M51059 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Screen just lit up with an incoming call. but blank yet again.</P></BODY></HTML> Mon, 03 Jan 2011 10:52:28 GMT https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813861#M51059 2011-01-03T10:52:28Z https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813862#M51060 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>I am trying my best to understand what you have just mentioned.</P><P>Probably it is good to remove the battery, re-install it after 'awhile', then restart your phone.</P><P>If that does not work, more detail would be appreciated. <IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /></P></BODY></HTML> Mon, 03 Jan 2011 11:00:18 GMT https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813862#M51060 gwhispererz 2011-01-03T11:00:18Z https://community.sony.ee/t5/xperia-archive/blank-screen/m-p/2813863#M51061 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Have done all that.
