In regards to your email, I would recommend you to update the software of your phone. Here is the link with the instructions on how to do it:http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/aino?cc=gb&lc=en

If the problem persists, please reply back with your current location so I can send you to the nearest Sony Ericsson service center.

I should also inform you that you can't really restore the SMS... you can only make a backup in your computer but is not restorable.

Hey guys!

I have some questions here:

1. I have a SE Aino mobilephone and i have some problem with it.

     - The touchscreen reaction time is slow in standby mode

     - Alarm Clock is working only if the phone opened

     - The "popup menu" in standby mode never shows up, just if i restart the phone, then i can use that button for some times

When I bought this phone, everything worked fine.

Do you think that software update fix the problems?

2. I have lot of SMS messages on my phone and i can backup it with SE PC Companion software, but i cant see restore nowhere.

Know you any way to restore SMS messages to phone?

Thank you!
