soft leys not working

the 3 soft keys area of my 14 months.old xperia M dual has stopped response to touch....... if I rotate the screen then soft keys works properly but not with a straight screen... it means my screen are is not responding is that a softare or hardware problem.... I have done the factory reset but no effect?????

Repair your phone's software with PCC and see if this help. Consider taking a backup first.

I agree with komilAD, perform a software repair via PC Companion to see if same behaviour persist. If it does, I suggest that you contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
