SE Hazel message question

Hello

I have brought my mother the SE Hazel. She likes the phone except for a couple of things and im wondering if, and how i can change the settings. 1. She likes things simple and the conversation feature is confusing her a little. she wants to be able to receieve a text and reply without the last conversation showing above. 2. Secondly when she receives a new text the 1st line of the message shows up on the main screen before she opens the text to read it. She just wants the new text alert to show the name not the message, is that possible.

Hi,

Unfortunately it would not be possible to change the alert settings to only show the persons name and not the start of the message however you should be able to change the conversations feature into the standard inbox.

You can do this by following the below steps:

1. Go into the Main Menu.

2. Select Messaging.

3. Select Conversations.

4. Press the right navigation key.

This should then switch the conversations feature into the standard inbox. If you come out of this, Inbox will replace the word Conversations in the Messaging section. I hope this helps you.
