Hi, Im new to this so apologies if I do anything wrong,

I was having problems getting into my messages earlier on my x10. I kept getting an error message on my page saying an unexpected problem occurred, something along them lines anyway, and I was having to force close. Im now not getting the warning message but all my messages seem to have disappeared. I have 2 messages currently waiting to be opened in my notifications but when I click on the message the message will not come up and only a blank message screen appears.

I really appreciate if someone could shed some light on this for me, many thanks in advance.

Ash

Since all your sms are gone, try clearing data and cache from the Messaging app.

Goto Settings>Applications>Manage applications>MENU>Filter>All>Messaging, clear both data and cache.

Good luck.

Please try again

Unsure what to do now, Im totally baffled.

Ash

Make sure you are using the latest version of PC Companion for software repair. You might want to try SE Update Service, it does the same thing.

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateyourproductsoftware/xperiax10?cc=sg&lc=en

Good luck.
