So to start off. Why would you discontinue support of OTA updates Sony!?!?!? Now every time I need to update my phone I need to connect to a Pc. Now for the actual problem.. I tried updating to the new software however I can never get passed when you need to hold the volume down and plug the usb in part. Never works, I've tried multiple times. When the light turned blue something called s1boot driver popped up. Do I need this to make it work and how to I get it? Thanks

Please also ensure when you connect the phone to the PC whilst holding the volume down button that you continue to hold for a period of time after connecting or it will not install and this will not work.</P>
