I was updating my Z2 via PCC and halfway through i used my phone and selected update from there too. Well, It crashed and now i am unable to boot up. It only shows Update failed, connect to computer to update.

I have tried to remedy this by rebooting (small red button) and then updating via Sony update services and by trying Sony PC companion.

Both of which fail. Sony update services instructs me to charge phone to full then retry and if the problem still persist, to contact support. Well, I'm here, now what?

Hi, when they say 'contact support' they mean for you to get in contact with your nearset XPERIA CARE and as you seem to have tried most things it may be best for you to do that.......someone may come along on here with another solution but my advice would be to get in contact with Sont direct

Hope this helps
