Can anyone help???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I take it you mean games and apps that you have added, because the preloaded ones will be included in the software re-installation.You could save these on the PC (preferable) prior to the software pre-installation or move them to the memory card as both the memory card and the SIM card are not affected by the process.The only exception is that messages which are saved on the memory card will be deleted during this process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
