Task Killers

whenever i long hold the middle button which is supposed to redirect me to the task killer option , it instead redirects me to google now . but when i press the middle button twice , it then redirects me to the task killer. i need the task killer option to come when i long hold the middle button instead on pressing it twice. how do i change that from directing me to google now.. please help

Hi, did you check google now settings? It could just a setting issue, have a look.

hi thanks for the reply. i did check it but i was unable to find a solution. it still redirects me to google now. if u find a setting to directly lead me to task killers please let me know. thank you

Frankly I have no idea, it seems that it is not possible within the app. However, I believe there are apps which can re-assign the button function, check out Google Play store.

The other overkill option is to disable Google Now.

Double tap home button = Recent Task Killer

Hold down home button = Google search

what i want is

hold down home button = recent task killer and not google search . so how do i do get there

Exactly, not within the Google Now settings, but possible with another app.
