Ringtone issue

Hi, I am facing a problem in my xperia SL that when ever a call comes along with th eringtone set on the phone a voice speaking the name or number of the contact is continuosly speaking the number until I pick the phone. It is really irritating and i cant find any option in phone to off this. I have tried to restore factory settings but the problem persists.

Kindly if any one knows how to turn it off.

on the homescreen > add a widget > Xperia samrttags

settings > apps > all > smart tags > clear everything
