light bar not working after update

Hi, can anyone give me advice please?

After completing an update yeserday my notification light bar has stopped working, im at a loss as to how to fix this.

Any help greatly appreciated

There are couple of different forum post about this problem (try search this forum for details), which is explained as normal behavior when using STAMINA mode after latest firmware update.

Do see/try this forum posts for start:

No illuminating light effects on music play in walkman(Sony Xperia SP)

(for me this options didn't work - but you can try it if maybe works for you)

For now I belive, the only semi-solution is to disable STAMINA mode. It is still open question for Sony developers is this a bug or part of STAMINA feature.

EDIT: do check if your LED is active (see this link how to do it)

I have already switched off the stamina mode with no luck, does this mean that my light bar won't work anymore?

Hi just tried switching off my phone after disabling stamina mode and switching it back on and hey presto its working again,

thank you for your help,

i didnt really wont to disable stamina. I hope sony are listening to this obvious problem with their phones.
