Data Traffic Gets Disabled

Hey. When I lock my phones screen the data traffic gets disabled. For example, I want to get messages from whatsapp. But when I lock the screen, data traffic gets off and I cant get my messages. Is there anyway that I can disable that? I mean, when I activate the data traffic I want it to not disabled. Please help. 😕

Suggest factory reset phone.

Make sure Back up my data and Automatic restore are ticked.

Well I tried that about a half hour ago but didnt work. I think it's about the ICS.. 😕

Last resort before sending phone to your local service centre.

Perform software repair with PC Companion, be sure to backup your phone data.
