topic Screen Issues in XPERIA archive

Have recently bought a new Xperia V and after a month of use, I have noticed some issues. Using the Hardware Info app, the screen resolution appears to be1184x720 and not 1280x720 as advertised, can anyone confirm this to be true or is it just my handset? I have also noticed a yellowish tinge at the top of the screen at high temperatures, similar to the problems described by Xperia S users. Can the heat of the processor permanently damage the screen?

It's normal

Probably because in the bottom part of the display you have virtual buttons
