Neither, you do NOT need any of this apps

Taskillers

Task managers

Antivirus

Battery apps

Ram Apps

Booster apps

this will create issues, drain your battery, use up your RAM, create connectivity issues, make Android unstable and some apps will act up.

Even if you stop an app (background app) it will relaunch soon after, thus defeating the purpose of a Taskiller and it will also take a lot more battery to relaunch the app than just allowing it to run in the background, if there are apps that you don't use, uninstall or disable them.

Android will free up RAM as it needs it, back in 1.X a taskiller was needed but not anymore.

quick suggestion, when you exit an app press back until you exit to the home screen, avoid using the home to exit unless you are going to keep using the app
