Problem with messages

Hello, I recently bought a Sony experia E and love the phone. However I have one small problem and around every second day or so when i click in to messages it shows up on my screen 'Unfortunetly, messaging has stopped' .. And for me to get in to the messages I have to turn my phone off and back on again and it will be fine for another while until it happens again. I was wondering why does this happen and how can I stop it?? I have brought it to a phone shop several times with this problem and I got a replacement sim for it and also cause it was new i got a replacement phone for it also and it still happens? Please help,

perhaps if you repair your phone with either PCC or SUS

How would I do this then?? Do i have to click the links on my phone or on my laptop?? Sorry for the bad questions I am not the best with technology fixing haha

install sony pc companion on PC...them click support zone then repair/update....
