Note that I never update my phone to ICS, still using the original android 2.3.4. So I try donwload an apps that use front camera from google play, and when I open the apps it said "front-facing camera not found. Yes, you should back up the data you want to save. Photos and media are generally saved to your memory card so it shouldn't be deleted by a reset. If you have your contacts/calendar synchronized to your Google account they are also saved online and there's no need to back them up.</P><P></P><P>There are a lot of different backup software on Google Play, for example MyBackup which I've used myself. </P><P><BR />To reset the phone you open up Settings &gt; Privacy &gt; Factory data reset.
