I bought 5 days ago a new Xperia S.. I connected it to PC and PC Companion was telling me that new version of software is available. I tried to install that software, and installing reached half of it's way, and than i have waited for 10 minutes and it says that updating has failed.. I disconnected my phone from the PC, and than Sony logo appear and i have waited for at least 45 minutes, but no results.. Than i tried to force reboot (pushing power ker and volume up key together) but no results, i tried to do that once again, and now i can see only black screen on my xperia S.. I tryed to repair it with SUS, but i fail everytime.. I tried flashing, but it also fails.. I tried to flash generic.ftf and it reaches 1 % of flashing and than i wait for 1 h but than it fails.. I realy don't know what to do..

Bootloader is locked. I was on 4.0.4 version of android before this. Usb debugging wasn't turned on. Etc.

PLEASE HELP !!!

I suggest you do re update using SUS one more time, using a different computer.

if still not working . www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
